Standard delivery costs (2-4 business days)
Orders from £4.99 to £9.99 = £4.95
Orders from £10.00 to £19.99 = £5.95
Orders from £20.00 to £39.99 = £9.95
Orders from £40.00 to £99.99 = £11.95
Orders over £100.00 FREE

Surcharges apply for deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles.

Zonal surcharges:
Isle of Wight - £6.00 surcharge
The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - £10.00 surcharge
Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly - £15.00 surcharge

Please order as normal for surcharged zones.
An additional invoice to cover the surcharge will be emailed to you with our bank details and must be paid before shipping.
Please allow extra time for deliveries to surcharged zones.

Following the UK’s decision to leave the European Union, we no longer ship to EU countries, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands.

Shipping Policy

Our plants are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days. This does not include postage time, so please allow 3-4 working days for delivery from when you place the order. We do not offer weekend deliveries or dispatch on Fridays to avoid plants being held up in the postal system over the weekend.

We use a range of couriers depending on parcel size & weight and your location, usually DHL, Yodel or Royal Mail. Your order will be updated with a tracking number and you should also receive updates via email and/or text message when the parcel is collected and updates as your order progresses through the system.

Delivery Information That You Provide

If any of the delivery information you provide is incorrect and we have not been made aware of corrections before dispatch, we cannot be held liable or responsible for that shipment. Under these circumstances we will not resend or refund your order unless it arrives back at our nursery in a saleable condition. Any additional or second delivery charges are payable by the customer.
