Returns and refunds
If for any reason you want to return your plants to us we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. The amount refunded will be the amount you paid for the plants but will exclude the delivery cost. The return delivery costs will be paid by you and the plant must be in its original condition. We cannot accept plants that have been re-potted, planted, pruned or have been altered in any way.
Please take reasonable steps to keep the plant safe while it is in your care and ensure it is reasonably packaged to avoid damage on the return journey. Failure to do so, may result in a reduction in the refund owed to you.
If you get the wrong plant, something you did not order or it was damaged on arrival we will do our best to replace it and you will not incur any collection or delivery costs. Please get in touch as soon as possible to report a problem and if the plant you want is out of stock, we are happy to discuss alternatives.
Due to the vulnerability of flowers and buds we cannot be responsible if they become detached from the plant during transit. We reserve the option to remove older flowers prior to dispatch to mitigate the likeihood of this happeneing.
Refunds will be issued within 10 working days. We will use the same method by which the payment was originally made and cannot refund to a different card or account.
Please do not send plants back without informing us first at shop@hotplants.co.uk as it will make it difficult to track the return and process the refund.
